By printing product and service history for the past several visits automatically on the ticket, GuestVision encourages employees to remind guests about repurchasing the product or service they previously purchased. When a guest checks in for a chemical service, their past chemical cards and a blank chemical card can be printed out automatically.

The optional appointment book can maintain hundreds of employees and contains helpful features to easily find and confirm appointments as well as manage resources needed for the service. Stylists can also be blocked out for any length of time on the appointment book with a specified reason.
Using fingerprint readers, personalized cards with a magnetic stripe or a barcode, and an integrated timeclock system, GuestVision can accurately record and report the hours that employees are present as well as calculate payroll from any number of commission structures.
