Open Salon
With GuestVision, every location counts the cash drawer before opening for the day. This step eliminates about 40% of all reconciliation errors in locations that did not previously count at opening. You can also set up a list of open (or close) store tasks, such as "Remember to turn on the open sign," which must be checked off before the store can be opened. |

Check Guests In & Out on One Screen
One screen is all you need to learn. You can check guests in to the Wait List, put them in service, and check them out, even with integrated bankcard processing, without ever leaving the main screen. No need to learn multiple screens for each phase of check-in and check-out.
GuestVision also provides a Will Return list for guests who will be returning to the salon at a later time. The Will Return list gives the receptionist an uncluttered view of the Wait List and the times when a guest will return to the store. |

Individually Tracked Tickets & Family Payments
GuestVision keeps track of each individual ticket to accurately identify each guest's service and all product purchases. At any time you can add services, products, or coupons to their ticket and retain those items when the guest checks out. Payments can be entered at any time during the process. You can also easily combine a ticket with other family members for one grand total.

Streamlined End-of-Day Reconciliation & Automatic Deposit Slip Printing
At the end of the day, using only one screen, GuestVision provides a simple, effective way for the closing person to count the cash and tabulate the checks, cards, gift certificates, and paid-outs. When counting the cash, each denomination can be counted with GuestVision computing the total (e.g., five $10 bills = $50), so the closing person needs only to consider the number of coins or bills, not the amount of money the count represents. Also, each non-cash item will appear in a list with the guest name, amount and identifying number (e.g., the last four digits of the bankcard number), which allows each bankcard slip, gift certificate, and check to be easily matched to the data on screen. Once this process is complete, the close button prints a deposit slip to accompany the cash and checks to the bank - no more hand written deposit slips! |
