The GuestVision appointment book simplifies scheduling guests at specific times or with certain stylists. By showing each employee's availability, anyone can easily schedule services weeks in advance. The Appointments window on the main screen allows you to see all the appointments booked for the day without viewing multiple screens. The appointment book can maintain hundreds of employees and contains helpful features for easily finding and confirming appointments.

Employee Scheduling

Creating an employee's schedule is as easy as clicking a start time and dragging the time bar on the screen. Employee schedules display graphically when clocking in and out for quick reference of who will be working. Using this schedule, GuestVision reports who has been late or has not been taking breaks. You can also create a budget of personnel scheduling for your managers to use while they are setting up their schedule to help manage sales targets and control payroll costs.
